Trying to get Apple to discuss a problem is like pulling teeth. The bureaucracy they have established through their telephone system is very difficult to navigate.
Cloud is not very transparent. For some ungodly reason their customer support is not sufficient. I have made several attempts to contact them but they dont have in place any means to talk or email them.

I cannot get my cloud to update. Been trying for several days. I recently got a new phone and my old phone is receiving messages about the update not going through
